Director - Strategy & Planning
A veteran with over 17 years of experience in capital markets & pioneer in Industrial, land, Logistics & Warehousing real estate, Rahul is a keen implementer with abilities in executing strategies for augmenting business, identifying & penetrating new market segments & promoting products for business excellence. Rahul has worked with DLF, India’s largest real estate development company, Cushman & Wakefield an International Property Consultant & Indospace, Everstone a Private Equity firm. Rahul was instrumental in working as one of the key members in marquee projects across the country & brings to the table specialised expertise in the areas of Planning & Strategy, Capital Markets & fundraising amongst other functionalities of a real estate business. Rahul is an alumni of Welham Boys School, Dehradun, and holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce (Hons.) & a Masters’ in Business Management from University of Pune.
Prashant Bhootada
Director - Transactions
Prashant, a seasoned real estate professional brings along over 11 years of commercial real estate experience representing medium and large users of Land, Industrial, Warehouse and Investment space in a wide array of transactions. During his tenure of 9 years with Cushman & Wakefield as the Regional Head of Land & Industrial services, Prashant has worked with some key clients like Nestle, Mondelez, New Holland Fiat India, Alfa Laval, Sandvik Asia, Decathlon India, Dana India, Ericsson, among others & has individually brokered over 3 million Sq. Ft of leases and over 500 acres of land transactions across various cities in the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Goa.
Being equipped with a Master’s in Business Administration, Prashant is also accredited with the prestigious Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
Nilladrrie
AVP - Business Development
A Stickler for punctuality, Nilladrrie ensures strict adherence to deadlines and timely delivery to the clients.
With his vast experience of over 13 year in Sales & Business Development, Strategic Planning and Relationship Management amongst other areas, Nilladrrie has been a key contributor and has spearheaded the Sales and Marketing functions in companies like IndiaBulls Securities, EDF Energy,UK, Seagull Advertising before he eventually moved to the Real Estate sector at Cushman and Wakefield.
Over the years, Nilladrrie has provided optimum Real Estate solutions to both National as well Multi-National companies across different verticals of businesses.
Nilladrrie has done his Bachelor's in Hospitality Management (University Gold Medal Holder) from Queen Margaret University, UK. Followed by Masters in International Marketing form Edinburgh Napier University, UK.
