Rahul Singh

Director - Strategy & Planning

A veteran with over 17 years of experience in capital markets & pioneer in Industrial, land, Logistics & Warehousing real estate, Rahul is a keen implementer with abilities in executing strategies for augmenting business, identifying & penetrating new market segments & promoting products for business excellence. Rahul has worked with DLF, India’s largest real estate development company, Cushman & Wakefield an International Property Consultant & Indospace, Everstone a Private Equity firm.  Rahul was instrumental in working as one of the key members in marquee projects across the country & brings to the table specialised expertise in the areas of Planning & Strategy, Capital Markets & fundraising amongst other functionalities of a real estate business.

 

Rahul is an alumni of Welham Boys School, Dehradun, and holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce (Hons.) & a Masters’ in Business Management from University of Pune.

Prashant Bhootada

Director - Transactions

Prashant, a seasoned real estate professional brings along over 11 years of commercial real estate experience representing medium and large users of Land, Industrial, Warehouse and Investment space in a wide array of transactions. During his tenure of 9 years with Cushman & Wakefield as the Regional Head of Land & Industrial services, Prashant has worked with some key clients like Nestle, Mondelez, New Holland Fiat India, Alfa Laval, Sandvik Asia, Decathlon India, Dana India, Ericsson, among others & has individually brokered over 3 million Sq. Ft of leases and over 500 acres of land transactions across various cities in the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Goa.


Being equipped with a Master’s in Business Administration, Prashant is also accredited with the prestigious Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Kunal Dhingra

Director - Technology

With a passion for Technology & Innovation, Kunal has over 17 years of experience in handling business P&L, sales & marketing digital + offline), strategic alliances, consulting, e-commerce & online product development. He has worked with Microsoft, Ingram Micro & Times Group and also start-ups & SMEs belonging to varied industry verticals including technology, consulting, media, e-commerce, real estate, hospitality & BFSI. Kunal’s passion for innovation, learning & achieving excellence has always been a key focus. With the blend of Technology & Business know-how, Kunal's expertise lies in the Real Estate Tech space, with the focus on Co-working, Co-Living, Crowd-Funding & related market place platforms.

 

Kunal holds a Bachelor in Computer Engineering, Masters in Business Management (Marketing & International Business) and has completed his Senior Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIMC).

Ajay Godambe

Director - Transactions

Versatile & veteran sales individual, Ajay started his career with the media industry & eventually moved on to the real estate sector to become a leading specialist in the Commercial Office Leasing & Sales business. With over 12 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development & Consulting environments, Ajay has been handling leasing agencies as well as project marketing portfolios in different capacities & has contributed immensely to the growth of renowned companies including The Times Group, Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International. Ajay’s professional journey has provided him with the opportunity to be a part of Regional as well as International business spaces.

 

Ajay is a Bachelor in Commerce with Management in Business Administration from Symbiosis University.
