The executive committee of K Raheja Corp Investment Managers LLP, manager to the REIT has approved the allotment of 2,000 debentures with face value of Rs 10 lakh each.
K Raheja Corp and Blackstone Group-backed Mindspace Business Parks REIT has raised Rs 200 crore through an issue of non-convertible debentures on private placement basis.
The executive committee of K Raheja Corp Investment Managers LLP, manager to the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) has approved the allotment of 2,000 debentures with face value of Rs 10 lakh each.
The tenure of the debentures is 36 months with a coupon rate of 6.45 per cent per annum. These debentures are proposed to be listed on the wholesale debt market (WDM) segment of the Bombay Stock Exchange.
